AN ACT to repeal section twenty, article three, chapter twenty-nine
of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to state fire marshal;
repealing fees for reporting fires to the state fire marshal.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section relating to allowance fee for reporting
fires.
That section twenty, article three, chapter twenty-nine of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, is hereby repealed.
